What makes our trips special:
It is particularly important to us to show transparently what real added value is provided and what is included. Our trips to Paraguay are aimed at people who want to build a strategic Plan B outside of Europe, meaning they want to use the opportunity to develop a real second place of living and structural base on site. It is a comprehensive concept tailored to individual needs.
The focus is on the migration process: including the application for the 2-year temporary residency permit (Residencia Temporal) and the Cedula (Paraguayan identity card). Some providers charge up to 4,000 euros for this process alone, without the Cedula. In our case, the application for the Cedula (Paraguayan identity card), including digital fingerprint registration, is already included in one stay, which otherwise often takes place only after the issuance of the temporary residency permit in a second process.
In advance, all documents required for the application are checked for completeness and formal correctness. In addition, support is provided in obtaining the necessary documents, and complex situations are discussed.
We fully accompany and supervise the migration process. In doing so, we monitor legal changes or adjustments in the application process in order to proactively point out modified procedures or requirements with corresponding instructions, so that newly introduced conditions and their non-compliance do not lead to rejection, delays, or reapplication.
During our trips, participants have access to various investment opportunities located in Asunción and Encarnación, focusing on land and apartments. These are lucrative projects in prime locations. An assessment and selection of locations, as well as access to verified developers and local partners, is included.
An essential component is our established, extensive local network, which has been built over many years and consists exclusively of verified partners. This includes tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, and translators, as well as support in administrative processes such as obtaining a RUC number, opening bank accounts, and building structures. This helps avoid common mistakes, delays, and unnecessary costs in the migration and investment process.
Building a financial structure with banks and cooperatives to transfer money into the country must be done gradually and with the right steps. We already lay the foundation for this during the first trip.
Comprehensive knowledge transfer about the country, people, lifestyle, attractions, health insurance, healthcare system, customs, and the creation of a second residence, among many other topics, is of course included.
Another advantage is the significant time savings that would otherwise often be lost without experienced structures and verified contacts or would lead to additional costs.
The groups are intentionally kept small and personal to ensure intensive support. In addition, only selected, verified, and high-quality accommodations are used.
